Taught by John Akula, a former partner at a major law firm who now has primary responsibility for the law curriculum at MIT Sloan, this program is designed to enhance the judgment and leadership you bring to key law-sensitive issues faced by your companies and by you personally as a manager, entrepreneur, or consultant.

MIT SLOAN EXECUTIVE CERTIFICATES are awarded to participants who have completed four or more open enrollment programs within a four-year period. Certificates are offered in three areas of concentration and provide executives with the opportunity to tailor their education plans to meet their own career development needs.
To qualify for each certificate, participants must complete three programs from their chosen track, along with one other program from any of the three tracks.
